Big shout out to Cassie T.J. Brandon Mea Really made it easier for me to fill up and give me something to eat for the night and take a good shower. Man. They make truck and easy. I will recommend. This is a great spot to come and get you arrest with a shower. Grab me some food and keeping.

The gas part of the Pilot Center worked very well. The Wendy's, however, was a huge disappointment. My husband ordered a single hamburger.I ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich. His hamburger tasted like it had been made yesterday and saved , just dipped in some beef broth today , and the sandwich was exceptionally dry. The asiago Chicken Sandwich was crispy and there was nothing else asiago about it.There was no asiago cheese in that at all and no bacon. Seems they forgot how to make it.

Only problem I had at this location is the men's restroom being disgusting. The entrance door swings in and I hit a person with the door washing their hands. Other than the restroom the place seemed clean and organized. I didn't see the showers but if the restroom says anything then the showers would be just as bad.

The showers are nasty. They haven’t been cleaned since Maria worked there. They just wipe them down! Soap scum, mold and mildew. Yellow, green and black. Absolutely disgusting. No sanitizing whatsoever so ever. How do you not scrub the showers and sanitize them?? That shows you the GM, shift leader aren’t doing their jobs checking that these thing are being done. It’s a truck stop. Showers are a main accommodation. Plenty of other reviews also complaining about showers being nasty and pilot replying back that they will reach out to this location….how many years does it take for pilot to get rid of these GMs and shift leaders because they are not doing their jobs obviously!! It’s past that point! The only one that did their job was Maria! Stocking the cooler, keeping the showers and bathroom clean. Now the store is a giant trash can of filth!
